The recourse to pacify the mind is called yoga
Yoga is a spiritual, mental and physical practice that has been around since ages. With time, people have discovered a number of health benefits associated with yoga. Yoga does more than burning calories and strengthening muscles, it is a workout which involves body and mind.
Our classes will be focusing on this aspect. Pratyahara and Dharana will also be part of these classes. These classes will be conducted by our Certified Yoga teachers who have intense training in Yoga and meditation techniques. Daily classes are conducted in the morning and evening batches.
